Yoga—both a noun and a verb—aims to achieve full consciousness and balance of mind, body, and spirit. It's a powerful and effective tool for regulating the breath, balancing the nervous system, and quieting the mind. We progress from physical form (asana) through expanded sensory awareness to full consciousness (samadhi).

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

We often bring our injuries and pain to the mat – both physical and mental. Yoga is one way to stay grounded amidst constant change, uncertainty and chaos. Yoga is therapeutic when the intention is to release tension in your body, unwind your thoughts, and achieve optimal health.

MEDITATION

Meditation reduces mental overload, improving your ability to concentrate and problem-solve. Each weekday morning, we meditate collectively, creating a shared energetic field that amplifies the benefits of our practice.
